Hard Core Technology Corp. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website and the GoFreight mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

    • Service means the website and the GoFreight mobile application operated by Hard Core Technology Corp.

    If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Hard Core Technology Corp. legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

    If you are located outside Taiwan and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Taiwan and process it there.

    Hard Core Technology Corp. will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

    Other Services

    Google API Services

    Google API Services is a set of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that allow Hard Core Technology Corp. applications to interact with and use Google features. Tools such as Gmail, Maps and Translate are used as part of these Services.

    Behavioral Remarketing

    Hard Core Technology Corp. uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

    • Google Ads (AdWords)
